Okbajj Terms & Conditions — Complete User Guide

General Terms

Okbajj (hereinafter referred to as "we", "the platform", or "the company") is an internationally licensed online gaming and Sports Betting platform. By using our services, you (hereinafter referred to as "member", "user", or "player") agree to comply with all of the terms and conditions set out below.

Account Registration & Verification

• Each member may only create one account.
• The mobile number or email address used during registration must belong to you personally.
• Residents of countries where online gaming is fully prohibited are not eligible to register.

KYC Verification

Okbajj verifies identity through National ID (NID), passport, or driving licence. KYC completion is mandatory before withdrawing more than ৳10,000. The verification process is typically completed within 24 hours.

Your account password and login credentials must be kept strictly confidential. Any transactions made by an unauthorised user accessing your account are the sole responsibility of the member.

Deposit & Payment Policy

Okbajj supports Bangladesh's popular mobile banking and bank payment methods. The following rules apply to deposits:

• Only payment accounts registered in your own name may be used for deposits.
• Deposits made through third parties are strictly prohibited.
• If a deposit is not credited, please contact support within 24 hours.
• Okbajj reserves the right to hold funds on any suspicious transaction until verification is complete.

Withdrawal Policy

The following conditions must be met to make a withdrawal:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• The maximum daily withdrawal limit is ৳5,00,000.
• KYC verification must be completed before making a withdrawal.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the original deposit.
• The specified wagering requirements must be met before any bonus funds can be withdrawn.

Withdrawal Processing Time

Mobile banking withdrawals are typically processed within 1–4 hours. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days. Additional verification may be required for withdrawals exceeding ৳50,000.

Bonus & Promotion Terms

Okbajj offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus is subject to specific terms. General bonus policies are outlined below:

Welcome Bonus

• 100% bonus on your first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000.
• A 10x wagering requirement must be met before the Welcome Bonus can be withdrawn.
• Wagering must be completed within 30 days of receiving the bonus.
• Each member is entitled to the welcome bonus once only.

Reload & Weekly Bonus

• The wagering requirement for the weekly reload bonus is 5x.
• Cashback bonuses have no wagering requirements — you can withdraw them directly.

Betting Rules

General rules for Sports Betting and casino games on Okbajj:

Sports Betting

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• In-play bet odds may change at any time after a match has started.
• If a match is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be returned to your wallet.
• If a bet is not processed due to a system issue, the bet amount will be refunded.
• If a technical error in the odds is identified, Okbajj reserves the right to void the affected bet.

Casino Games

• All game outcomes are determined by an RNG (Random Number Generator).
• The RTP (Return to Player) for each game is available in the game information section.
• We are not responsible for game session interruptions caused by loss of internet connection.
• In Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is final.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Okbajj platform. Any violation will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of the account balance:

• Multiple Accounts: Creating more than one account under the same identity.
• Bonus Abuse: Attempting to withdraw without meeting bonus requirements or by circumventing them.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform for money laundering.
• Collaboration: Attempting to collude with other players to manipulate the system.
• Software Hacking: Use of bots, automated software, or hacking tools.
• Third-Party Payments: Transacting using a payment account registered in someone else's name.
• Fraudulent Information: Using false or another person's information during registration.

Account Closure & Suspension

Okbajj reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account at any time and for any reason. Common reasons for account closure include:

• Violation of the Terms & Conditions.
• Suspicion of fraud or fraudulent activity.
• Suspicion of money laundering or any illegal activity.
• Providing false information during registration.
• Refusal to complete KYC verification.

Accounts will also be closed upon a member's own request. In such cases, any outstanding balance (excluding bonuses) will be refunded.

Responsible Gaming

Okbajj is deeply committed to responsible gaming. We believe gaming is a form of entertainment, not a solution to problems. Our responsible gaming tools include:

• Deposit Limits: Setting a maximum limit on daily, weekly, or monthly deposits.
